FEE comments on the European Commission’s proposal on the Fourth Anti-Money Laundering Directive

 

Before the debate in the European Parliament and Council starts, FEE provides its detailed comments on the European Commission’s proposal on the Fourth Anti-Money Laundering Directive. FEE CEO Olivier Boutellis-Taft highlighted some of these views during his speech at the European Commission’s Conference on “Fighting money laundering and terrorist financing: new framework, future challenges” organised in Brussels on 15 March 2013. The speech and the relevant FEE comment letter on the European Commission’s proposed Fourth AML Directive are now available.
