Alternatives to Existing Capital Maintenance Regime

Following FEE’s Company Law and Corporate Governance Working Party meeting of 31 May 2005, the Federation has decided to undertake a project on alternatives to the current capital maintenance systems including a consideration of solvency or financial structure testing.
