We think that the Services Passport could be an important step to unlock the full potential of the EU Single Market for services. Providing accountancy services across borders is now hindered by various administrative and regulatory barriers. We therefore urge to remove the unnecessary hurdles, while retaining those that protect the consumer and the public interest.
