FEE’s comments on the SEC Proposed Rule: Standards Relating To Listed Company Audit Committees, File No. S7-02-03 FEE has a direct interest in the SEC rules since the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act also address foreign registrants, their affiliates and foreign affiliates of US registered public accounting firms.
