FEE welcomes the opportunity to comment on the Consultation Papers no. 15, no. 18 and no. 20. Given the complexity of the issues addressed in these documents and the number of consultations launched in the same period, FEE is concerned that the reduced consultation perido will hinder CEIOP’s mission to consult extensively and in an open and transparent manner, (Article 5, European Commission Decision 2004/6/EC of 5 November 2003) and, consequently, result in less comprehensive, useful responses.
