Call for evidence on the supervisory functioning of the Prospectus Directive and Regulation

FEE is delighted to respond to the request of Mr. Demarigny for evidence as to the supervisory functioning of the Prospectus Directive and Regulation.

FEE has identified a number of issues where divergent practices are developing and these are set out in the comment letter.
