On 03 June 2005 CESR invited all interested parties to submit views as to what CESR should consider in its advice to the European Commission on the requirements in Commission Regulation (EC) 809/2004 regarding the historical financial information which must be included in a prospectus.
FEE has reacted to CESR’s call for evidence in relation to complex financial histories and welcomes the European Commission’s initiative in this area. In previous comment letters FEE alerted the European Commission and CESR about the problems and complexities in relation to complex financial histories.
