FEE welcomes three new Members and re-elects two Board members


Brussels, 16 December 2015

FEE is excited to welcome three professional accountancy bodies to its membership today: the Union of Accountants, Auditors and Financial Workers of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (SRR FBiH) and the Association of Accountants and Auditors of the Republic of Srpska (SRRRS) as full members, and the Association of Accountants of the Republic of Latvia (LRGA) as an associate member.

This brings the total number of FEE Members to 50 from 37 European countries.

FEE Members also re-elected two FEE Board members for a four-year term: Morten Speitzer from Denmark and Florin Toma from Romania.

FEE President Petr Kriz remarked: “I am excited to start 2016, the year leading up to FEE’s 30th anniversary, with such a strong membership base and high-level leadership. FEE continues to promote the relevance and reputation of the profession by progressing innovation in three key areas: audit and assurance, reporting, and public finance.”
